File a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint about any matters relating to the performance and/or non-performance of the Contracts concluded between you and SME Finance UAB (and its group companies).
You may submit complaints to the following contacts. Your complaint will not be intercepted by the sales team via these contacts, but will be reviewed by individual members of our specially appointed administrative staff who will inform the Head of the company of your complaint.
